Culinaria has two new cooking classes for March.
"It's a Steak Out!" on Tuesday, March 20, at 6:30 p.m. costs $60 a person. Beef up your knowledge of selecting, cutting, grinding, and, of course, cooking steak and various cuts of beef. You'll enjoy a sampling of steaks and delicious sauces and sides, while enjoying a nice glass of wine.
"Lighten Up, Would Ya?" on Thursday, March 29, at 6:30 p.m. is $45 a person. Jan will show you how to enjoy traditional Italian favorites using "lightened up" techniques in preparing antipasto, marinara sauce, pastas, dressings and a delicious dessert.
Price includes meal, instruction, recipes, one glass of wine and a store discount.
