When a patient enters hospice care, they need more than medical support—they need someone with the heart to hold their hand, listen to their stories, and provide companionship. You can be that heart. YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Whether you have 30 minutes to 1 hour per week or more to spare, we need your help in various roles:

• Patient Volunteering: Offering companionship and support

• Letter Writing: Bringing smiles through uplifting messages

• Phone Calls: Providing comforting conversations

• Administrative Help: Keeping things organized so caregivers can focus on patients.
