During the last weekend of September, the Atlanta Beltline will host 2 days of special performances in Gordon White Park which is part of the Beltline's Westside Trail.
The Atlanta Beltline's west-side portion runs directly through the West End, and will be celebrated with a 2 day event for the surrounding community.

Art on the Atlanta BeltLine presents a Saturday evening of performances in southwest Atlanta. They will take place on the grassy lawn of Gordon White Park at the intersection of Ralph David Abernathy and White Street (please see map to the right).
- 7 pm: Taranji Alvarado: Community⦠A Sound Creation 2012
Community⦠A Sound Creation is an interactive performance where surrounding communities are invited to participate by bringing and playing household items. The purpose of the performance is to show the beauty of simple sound creation, the importance of the individual role and voice in a community, and how enjoyable is to create with your neighbors and community using your innate abilities and items already in your surrounding. Community⦠A Sound Creation shows the history of the community coming together through music and art. - 7:45 pm: Wade Tilton: Ghost/Train
- 8:15 pm: Klimchak: Lebeato Lounge
Lebeato LoungeΒ is a series of percussion concerts showcasing home-built instruments with embedded lights on them. The performance consists of three pieces,Β Synesthesia,Β Plumb Line, andΒ Water Works.Β

- 6:30 pm: Kebbi Williams and Strings:Β Music in the Park
Kebbi Williams and award winning composer Miguel Atwoods coordinate a music/theatre concert performance with original music including a string quartet of students in the Atlanta Public Schools youth orchestra accompanied by a full band. The performance includes five original threatre pieces composed and directed by local and international theatre makers. - 7:45 pm: Santiago PΓ‘ramo and Amy Pursifull:Β S.O.N.I.C.

Imaginary Menagerie Productions will join throughout the evening with giant puppets.Β
