APS Makes Decision on Tuesday After-School Activities

Due to current and forecasted weather conditions, and for the safety of its students and employees, Atlanta Public Schools has cancelled all after-school activities on Tuesday.

The National Weather Service is forecasting severe storms Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday with a possibility of 3-4 inches of rain, and with a slight possibility of strong tornadoes in west and northwest Georgia, and moderate possibility of wind damage. Flash flooding is also possible.
