Sex Toy Ban Upheld by Federal Appeals Court

A federal appeals court has come down on the side of Sandy Springs in its ordinance banning the sale of sex toys.

Kennesaw resident Melissa Davenport, along with her attorney Gerry Weber, filed suit against the city over its ordinance, which requires people to have a scientific or medical reason or a prescription to purchase any sexual device. >>> Read more.

An Athens man has been arrested after shouting at his wife for cooking a grilled cheese sandwich wrong.
