District 3 Town Hall Meeting Tuesday Night
Councilman Ivory Young hosting first of four community meetings tonight at The Foundry at Puritan Mill.
Atlanta City Councilman Ivory Young will host the first of four District 3 town hall meetings from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at The Foundry at Puritan Mill,Β 916 Joseph E. Lowery Blvd.
According to a flyer promoting the meetings, "constituents will have a chance to discuss issues facing their neighborhoods with the Councilmember as well as Β communicate their concerns with top city officials and other agencies. Updates will also be given on ongoing initiatives and projects across District 3."
In attendance, to answer constituents questions, will be representatives from Solid Waste Services, the Bureau of Code Enforcement-Housing Code Department, the Department of Watershed Management, the city's Fire-Rescue Department, the Atlanta Police Department, the Mayorβs Office of Sustainability, the Atlanta Workforce Development Agency, Fulton County District Attorneyβs Office, the Atlanta Development Agency and the Mayorβs Office of Constituent Services.Β

Additional meeting scheduled for District 3 are set for Tues., June 7; Wed., Sept. 7; and Tues., Dec. 6. All meetings are at The Foundry location.
