It was a fun-filled weekend of exercise and fun for kids, parents and residents who participated in the 5th Annual “Will of Steel Weekend” sponsored by the Washington Redskin’s Keyaron Fox at Welcome All Park for the past 5 years.
The weekend was filled with activities designed to help young men interested in playing football realize their dream of playing the sport, and to help young ladies who dance and or who are cheerleaders do the same. “Will of Steel Weekend” didn’t forget about parents or adults, the weekend camp even sponsored activities for parents and adults interested in learning the correct techniques and activities they should participate in to become physically fit.
The youth wore their “Will of Steel Weekend” T-shirts as they scurried across Welcome All Park’s football field participating in drill after drill in the free football camp. While the young men were working out on the field, young ladies interested in dance and cheerleading participated in Spirit Dance Camp. Fox even had a boot camp called Fit 4 Life in the day’s activities for parents interested in learning how to become physically fit.

Fox organized the Fun and Fitness Day to encourage people young and old to become more committed to good health by getting involved in physical activities.
