An animal-hoarding raid hoarding raid was conducted Wednesday at the home of a DeKalb County cardiologist, where police found more than 200 birds.
The raid was conducted after DeKalb Animal Services received a tip. They were asking for donations of large bird cages following the raid. >>> Read more.
