Vacant Spaces: What Should Go Here?

West End --  The Kroger Center in the West End located at 590 Cascade Avenue SW Atlanta, GA 30310 has long been a cornerstone for the community and still continues to be.  That is why I picked the vacant storefront right next to it as our feature vacant space.

What business do you think should go there?  The Atlanta Beltline will soon be creating a station just a few hundred feet away and the potential upside is endless. It is a large space, so maybe a discount clothing store would be nice, like Marshall's or even a Toys 'r Us.
