Atlanta Home Show Invites Local Residents, Exhibitors to Participate
The Cobb Galleria hosts the annual show, which includes several businesses from Cumming.
Local exhibitors are participating in the 28th Annual Fall Atlanta Home Show, which continues through Sunday, Sept. 25 at the .
Hundreds of local exhibitors are showcasing the latest in home products and services, said Julie Herron Carson, a publicity person for the National Association of the Remodeling Industry's (NARI) Atlanta chapter. Those businesses include several from the Alpharetta area, such as Cool Screens, Mad Hatter and Spacemakers.
John Gidding, architect, interior designer and HGTV host, spoke at the show Saturday, Sept. 24. He taped several TV segments with Gurvir Dhindsa of FOX 5’s “Good Day Atlanta,” who is a Milton resident.

Local residents can see the ideas from the Home Show in action next weekend, Oct. 1-2, at the NARI Atlanta Tour of Remodeled Homes, which includes a Roswell home. NARI has a booth at the Fall Home Show with tickets for sale and information about the tour.
Many metro residents attending the show have been to previous years' shows.

"We're having fun and this is a good place to bring the kids," said Bridgette Patterson of southwest Atlanta.
"I always come to the Atlanta Home Show and think it's a very good show," said Celia Lapovsky of Smyrna.
And Lynne and Jeff Bruner of Peachtree City said they also are enjoying the wine tasting.
"We come every year and today we're seeing a lot of variety of products and services we haven't seen in the past few years," the Bruners said.
