Results Realty Services Moving to New Cumming Location

In April 2014, Results Realty Services celebrated their sixteenth year in business. Terry Swanson and his mother Sarah Swanson started the firm at 2209 Sharon Road, Cumming, Georgia in 1998.

Many locals know it as the little white house just around the corner from the Sharon Road and Old Atlanta Road intersection. Throughout the years Results has had several other locations; however, the corporate office has always been at this primary location.

With the growth and the direction of the company evolving the need for a more efficient and customer friendly space with more amenities became increasingly important. Staying in the immediate area was a critical part of the decision to relocate to 2920 Ronald Reagan Boulevard.

The new space is nearing completion and the staff and agents are in temporary space in the same building. The new retail space provides the advantage of street traffic from local doctors, eateries and shops. With a new, vibrant approach to office space Swanson has started a new trend in the North Atlanta real estate market—the new office will feature “hot desking” for agents that need space temporarily as well as private offices for agents that want a permanent space.

Maximizing the amenity areas of the office will be accomplished through a grand entry room, two conference rooms, closing/presentation room, large kitchen with a coffee bar and ample parking. With a focus on education, the new office will include a full service real estate school with a training room.

The new CENTURY 21 Results Realty Services office will be having a grand opening on June 27, 2014, from 6-8PM. Terry Swanson, Managing Broker, stated, “With the real estate market moving at such a fast pace it is crucial that our agents and their clients have a place to do business in an environment that works for them. My main objective in running a general brokerage business has always been to focus on all aspects of sales training and implementing current strategies for real estate agents. I feel like this space will afford everyone the best chance to accomplish their goals.”
