Super Tuesday Includes Presidential Primary, Sunday Alcohol Sales Vote
In addition to voting in the Super Tuesday presidential primary, voters in the city of Cumming and Forsyth County will decide whether or not to allow Sunday alcohol sales.

Voters will head to the polls Tuesday, March 6, to cast ballots in the statewide presidential primary. Forsyth County voters will also be deciding on a countywide Special Election regarding the , and a
All Forsyth County registered voters are eligible to vote in the countywide Special Election, but only those voters who live within the city limits of Cumming are eligible to vote in the citywide Special Election.
The county's registered voters already had the chance to voice their opinions with early voting that started Feb. 13. As of Friday, March 2, the reports:

- Absentee Ballots by mail returned - 516 (Democrats 26/Republicans 488/NonPartisan 2)
- Advance and Early Voting Totals - 6149 (Democrats 167/Republicans 5881/NonPartisan 101)
Polls will be open on Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. To find your polling location, visit the My Voter Page on the Georgia Secretary of State Web site. Patch will be bringing live updates during the day from across Georgia.
Voters must go to their designated precinct location to vote on Election Day. Several precincts changed last year, so make sure to verify your Election Day precinct prior to voting and remember to bring one of the six acceptable forms of photo identification.

Listed below are the county schools that will be used as Election Day Precincts, and the hours that are the busiest with school drop-off and pick-up. Voters should be aware of these high traffic times:
- Little Mill Middle School: 6800 Little Mill Road – Student drop-off and pick-up times are 8:15 to 9 a.m. and 3:30 to 4:40 p.m.
- Vickery Creek Middle School: 6240 Post Road – Student drop-off and pick-up times are 8:15 to 9 a.m. and 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
- Matt Elementary School: 7455 Wallace Tatum Road – Student drop-off and pick-up times are 7:10 to 7:45 a.m. and 1:45 to 2:30 p.m.
- Sawnee Elementary School: 1616 Canton Highway – Student drop-off and pick-up times are 7:45 to 8:30 a.m. and 2:45 to 3:30 p.m.
- Mashburn Elementary School: 3777 Samples Road – Student drop-off and pick-up times are 7:45 to 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
