- A Gwinnett County woman has been indicted for a fraudulent COVID-19 pandemic scheme worth more than $2 million. The 39-year-old woman reportedly submitted dozens of fraudulent applications to receive COVID small business relief. The indictment reveals that the woman used the funds for several cosmetic surgery procedures. The case is being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Small Business Administration Office of Inspector General. (11 Alive)

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the exciting aquatic attractions are a breeding ground for some dangerous germs. Participants are encouraged to wear water shoes, shower before using a splash pad, avoid splash pads if suffering from diarrhea, and take frequent bathroom breaks.
