Are You Over the Royal Birth Yet?

First they called it the "Great Kate Wait" as the world waited for the wife of Prince William of Great Britain to give birth to the couple’s firstborn child. Was it a boy, was it a girl, would it be a Leo, or would it slip in as a Cancer? 

Then the baby was born and it was a boy, another male heir to the British throne. People partied in pubs and in the streets in England – and here in the United States.

The wall-to-wall coverage didn’t stop there. Fox News ran stories asking when we would get our first look at the baby, CBS followed up with the debut when we finally got our first look and ABC offered complete coverage when the happy couple left the hospital with the young heir. 

The next big question - what will they name the royal cherub?

There are those who are saying, "What about the rest of the news - has nothing else of interest happened in the world in the last week? Others, however, say this is finally a good news story – let it run its course.
