NOTICE OF QUALIFYING FEES FOR

CITY OF DACULA

NOVEMBER 2, 2021

GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION

 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-131, that the City of Dacula will hold a general election on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, to elect the Mayor and two City Councilmembers.

Those seeking to qualify as candidates must file Notice of Candidacy in the office of the Election Superintendent at Dacula City Hall, 442 Harbins Road, Dacula, GA 30019, from 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. during the qualifying period.  Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-132, the qualifying dates are set for Monday – Wednesday, August 16-18, 2021.

The qualifying fee for the office of Mayor is $249.00 and the qualifying fee for City Councilmember is $213.00.

ELECCIÓN MUNICIPAL

Se da aviso por la presente teniendo en cuenta y de confirmidad con O.C.G.A. § 21-2-131 que la Ciudad de Dacula llevará a cabo una elección el Martes 2 de Noviembre de 2021 para elegir el Alcalde y dos Concejales.

Aquellos que buscan calificar como candidatos deben presentar una Notificación de Candidatura en la oficina del Superintendente de Elecciónes en el Dacula City Hall, 442 Harbins Road, Dacula, GA 30019, desde las 9:00 a.m. hasta las 5:00 p.m. durante el período de calificación.Teniendo en cuenta y de confirmidad con O.C.G.A. 21-2-132, las fechas se establecen provisionalmente para lunes – miércoles, Agosto, 16-18, 2021.

La cuota de calificación para la oficina de el Alcalde es $249.00 y del Concejal es $213.00.
