• Volunteers sought for Gwinnett County's, 'Bring One for the Chipper' effort (accesswdun.com) — Dacula residents can recycle their live Christmas trees at Fire Stations 17 and 27 as part of Gwinnett’s “Bring One for the Chipper” program running Dec. 26 through Jan. 21. Trees, stripped of all decorations and stands, will be mulched at Bethesda Park on Jan. 24, and volunteers are invited to help that morning by registering through Volunteer Gwinnett.
