The Mayor and City Council unanimously approved a Planned Mixed-Use Development, Inland Pass, at the intersection of Harbins Road and West Drowning Creek Road on July 1, 2021.

WWP Acquisition, LLC proposes to develop 73.8-acres south of the SR 316 @ Harbins Road intersection for a grocery anchor, commercial, office space, 320 multi-family units, 180-units of senior living, and a passive community park within the City of Dacula.

The $124 million development will provide needed services and opportunities to the community and Dacula residents. Inland Pass is projected to be fully built by 2025 and generate $1.8 million in annual local tax revenue per the Applicant.

The Application completed a regional review through the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) and Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA) prior to the City Council’s unanimous vote of approval.
