  • Violation of Code: [.05(7)(a)1 ] Microwaves and drink nozzles dirty. Microwaves and the drink nozzles were properly cleaned. All food contact surfaces must be kept clean to site and touch.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.

Observations and corrective actions:

  • Violation of Code: [.05(7)(a)1 ] Both microwaves had dried debris on the upper surface. Microwaves cleaned. All food contact surfaces must be kept clean to sight and touch.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.04(6)(g) ] Cheese in walk in opened Saturday not date marked.( pepper jack and a parmesan flavored slice) Cheeses date marked. All potentially hazardous foods must be date amrked and discarded within 7 days.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.05(10)(g)2 ] Utensils stored with handles down food contact surface up. Utensils washed and then put in container with handles up. Utensils must be stored with handles up to protect food/lip contact surface.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.

Observations and corrective actions:

  • Violation of Code: [.03(5)(c) ] At least two employees put on gloves without washing their hands first and then proceeded to handle food. had them stop and discard gloves and wash hands prior to donning new gloves.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Cheese and eggs in under counter cooler above 41F. Products discarded. All potentially hazardous foods must be cold held at 41F or below.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.04(6)(i) ] Time stickers on product did not have time on them machine only printing minutes.. Due to not knowing when product was put out product discarded and time written on new stickers. All products under time as a control must have a start or discard time.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.03(5)(g) ] Manager wearing a watch while handling food. Had him remove watch. Employees may not wear any jewelery on their hands or arms other than a plain wedding band.  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.03(5)(i) ] Three Employees preparing food without a hair restraint. Hair restraints put on. Employees must wear a proper hair restraint if their hair is longer than 1/2 inch.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Remarks: Repeat violation on jewelry violation. IF VIOLATION OCCURS ON NEXT ROUTINE FACILITY MAY BE SUBJECT TO CLOSURE. Make sure drink nozzles are washed rinsed and sanitized every night.

  • Violation of Code: [.03(5)(g) ] Employee wearing bracelet. had employee remove bracelet. No jewelry is to worn on the hands or arms other than a plain wedding band.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.10(2)(g) ] Most current inspection not posted. Must post most current inspection form.  New Violation.
