  1. The Gwinnett County Police Department has arrested ten people for gang activity in Gwinnett County. The arrests were the result of an investigation into a series of shootings that began in the Brookdale Drive neighborhood in Buford. The charges for the ten individuals include aggravated assault, armed robbery, and gang-related activity. Click for the full list of arrested individuals. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
  2. Gwinnett County fire crews responded to a house fire on Tuesday morning on Jack Russell Run SW in Lilburn, about 15 miles outside of Dacula. The fire was caused by fireplace usage and has been ruled an accident. The home did not have any working smoke alarms. The American Red Cross is assisting the two displaced residents and their dog.   3. An investigation led by the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office Special Investigations Section has resulted in the arrest of eight people for human trafficking. Four women were rescued during the investigation. Homes in nearby Lawrenceville and Snellville were involved in the investigation. A Norcross apartment complex and a Duluth Motel 6 were also involved. (WSBTV)
