  1. Dacula's football team fell to North Gwinnett during the first round of the playoffs on Saturday. The final score was 37-7. North Gwinnett will now continue on to play Lambert during the second round of the Class 7A playoffs this week. Click for the full list of first round playoff results. (SBLive)
  2. Several organizations will be partnering together tonight for a community conversation about Gwinnett County Schools' safety. The CommUNITY town hall discussion will be held at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center in Lawrenceville from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. There will be students from local high schools participating as panelists.   3. Two former Gwinnett County soccer players have been named to the United States' FIFA World Cup roster. Sean Johnson and Walker Zimmerman both played for the same high school in Snellville.
