The following Dacula area building permits were recently issued by the Gwinnett County Department of Planning and Development.

Tenant change:

• 3605 Braselton Highway, Suite 101, Building D – Advanced Pain and Rehabilitation expanding into adjacent suite, originally permitted as one suite. 

Construction of single-family residence:

• 2941 Planters Mill Drive

Water heater replacement:

• 2173 Floral Ridge Drive
• 2010 Luke Edwards Road
• 2429 Heatherton Court

Other:

• 3720 Greenside Court – Permit issued to finish basement (gym, bedroom, office, living room and bathroom).
