- The "Saturday with Santa" event, hosted by the Daughters of the American Revolution, will be held at Earl Duncan Park on Nov. 26. The fundraising event will benefit educational outreach programs and scholarships for high schools in Paulding County. Games, activities, hot chocolate, and photos with Mr. and Mrs. Claus will take place at the event. (Paulding County School District via Facebook)
- The Invitational Festival of Trees will be displayed beginning Nov. 24 and running through Dec. 30. During the event, which is hosted by the Dallas Merchants Association and Dallas Parks and Recreation, community members can enter a tree into the display for judging between Nov. 26 and Dec. 1. - The Dallas Markets will be hosting a concert this Friday, Nov. 4. Noah Sampson will open for Rock Force 90 at 6:00 p.m. In addition to live music, there will be a kids' play area, vendors, food trucks, and more. - This is the last week to participate in early voting in Paulding County before the General Election next Tuesday, Nov. 8. Early voting sites can be found at the Watson Government Complex, the Dianne Wright Center, and Burnt Hickory Park.
