  1. The McKenna Farms Fall Festival is back this weekend on Oct. 22. The festival attracts over 600 people each year. This event is also a fundraiser with proceeds benefiting therapeutic programs for children with special needs. The fundraising goal this year is $20,000.   2. Poole Elementary's Spooky STEM night is returning this year. You can attend in costume on Thursday, Oct. 27, 6:00-8:00 p.m. The event will feature food trucks, STEM activities, candy, and more. (All Events | Dallas)
  3. Peachtree Doll Collectors Doll Show & Sale will be happening on Oct. 22. While adults will need to pay for admission at the door, children can attend for free.   4. On Oct. 29, The Museum of Flight is hosting a Murder Mystery Dinner. The event will cover Lord Cyril Pierce Ninny's birthday party. Attendees will be able to enjoy dinner as they attempt to solve the murder. (All Events | Dallas)
  5. Enjoy a night out on the town with a live performance at the Dallas Theater. This season's next show is Creepy Classics on Oct. 29. The double feature at the theater will include Hotel Transylvania and Little Shop of Horrors.
