- At the polls in Dallas, 78-year-old Marina Farmer and her 37-year-old daughter Brianna Plancher were interviewed about the changing political preferences and growing diversity of Paulding County. View the link to read the interview. (Mother Jones)
- The Paulding County School District was one of 16 recipients of the Georgia School Boards Association (GSBA) Risk Management Services (RMS) 2022-2023 Safety Grant. The district requested the grant for "Wet Floor Sign" and "Cordless Floor Dryer" and will receive $5,000. (Georgia School Boards Association)
- The North Paulding High School girls varsity softball team won against Kennesaw Mountain High School on Oct. 27. North Paulding scored three points, while Kennesaw did not score at all. (NPHS Wolfpack Athletics)
- Thomas Dee Long, a 56-year-old from Kilkelly Court in Dallas, was recently indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court on a felony sex offender-duty to inform charge. Long was accused of failing to notify Derry police of his employment change. (Patch Court Round-up)
