Paulding School Schedule Set After GA's Winter Storm

School officials in Paulding County have decided whether or not to open campuses on Wednesday as wintry weather lingers in GA.

DALLAS-HIRAM, GA β€” Schools in Paulding County will regularly open Wednesday, a day after a southern winter storm brought freezing temperatures and snow to Georgia.

Administrative offices for the Paulding County School District will also normally open on Wednesday, school officials said.

"We have not experienced precipitation that would impact normal operations tomorrow, and according to the National Weather Service, our probability of precipitation drops significantly later this evening. The NWS also predicts unseasonably cold conditions will continue across the region through Wednesday and the rest of this week," school officials said in a news release.
