Shelton Elementary School at 9 p.m. The event, sponsored by the non-profit Paulding Public Safety Appreciation, benefits "public safety employees in times of need," according to the group's Facebook page. Regular registration for $30 a runner is available until May 27 at midnight. Runners can register until 8:30 p.m. the day of the event for $35. Registered runners will receive a race t-shirt, a swag bag full of goodies from local sponsors and a finisher's medal, according to organizers.
