1 Dead, 2 Injured In 4-Vehicle Pileup In DeKalb

The deadly crash happened in a no passing zone in DeKalb County.

DECATUR, GA — A four-vehicle crash killed a driver and injured two people Monday morning in the 3300 block of Panthersville Road, DeKalb County Police said.

The crash happened around 7 a.m. after a driver attempted to pass a vehicle in a no passing zone, police said. The driver hit an oncoming vehicle, causing a four-vehicle pileup, police said.

Two people suffered non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

The driver died at the scene, police said. The person was not identified.
