A Metro Atlanta attorney says that next school year's contract is vague, hostile and possibly illegal, according to a report.
DEKALB COUNTY, GA — Some DeKalb County teachers have concerns over a new list of performance factors in next school year’s contract, reported WSB-TV.
Teachers will be evaluated on their ability to work under stress and to concentrate, according to the news station. Metro Atlanta attorney Stephen Katz told WSB that the new factors are vague, hostile and possibly illegal, which leaves the district open to lawsuits.
