Ring Video Doorbells Stolen From Decatur Homes

Three Ring video doorbells have been stolen in recent weeks from Decatur homes.

DECATUR, GA — Police are investigating the theft of three Ring video doorbells from Decatur homes over the last month. The first theft came at a home on 4th Avenue on June 18, 2019, around 5:15 am. The victim's vehicle was stolen the following night.

The second theft was reported on July 19 around 11:15 pm on S. McDonough Street, with the third reported a few minutes later on the same night on E. Pharr Road. Decatur police said a neighbor of that residence who lives in the Atlanta police jurisdiction also had their Ring system stolen.

Police said the suspect pictured in the 4th Avenue theft and the S. McDonough Street theft appear to be the same person.
