[solidcore] Opening New Decatur Location
The DC-founded workout is also opening a midtown Atlanta studio.

DECATUR, GA — [solidcore] is coming to Decatur.
The company, whose main offering is a 50-minute total body workout that is designed to work a participant's muscles to failure, is opening a new location at 150 E. Ponce de Leon Avenue on Oct. 29. The company is also opening a midtown Atlanta studio on W. Peachtree Street the same day.
Both studios will offer one week of complimentary classes to introduce the workout beginning Saturday, October 29 through Sunday, November 6.

The new studios will feature [solidcore]’s patented new machine, affectionately known as Sweatlana. Made out of powder-coated aluminum, the new machines do not rust and offer a large variety of resistance making the workout more approachable for new clients and more challenging for those who are more advanced.
“Designing our machine was a crucial part of us being able to grow at the level we want to across the country,” said [solidcore]’s founder, owner and CEO, Anne Mahlum. Additionally, we wanted full control of the machines’ functionality and aesthetics in order to deliver the best workout possible.”
