Town Hall Meetings Set To Hear From Finalist For DCSD Superintendent

Dr. Devon Horton is the sole finalist to be the next superintendent of the DeKalb County School District.

The DeKalb County Board of Education is pleased to announce its three town hall meeting locations for district employees, scholars, and community members to greet and hear from Dr. Devon Horton, the sole finalist to be the next superintendent of the DeKalb County School District.
The meetings are set for Wednesday (April 12) at Chamblee High School, Thursday (April 13) at Dr. Ronald E. McNair Middle School, and Friday (April 14) at the Administrative & Instructional Complex. Each meeting will begin at 6 p.m. and is expected to run for approximately two hours.
The DeKalb County Board of Education encourages all community members to participate in the upcoming town hall meetings and provide feedback on Dr. Horton's candidacy. The Board is committed to ensuring a transparent and inclusive selection process that reflects the needs and aspirations of the District's diverse community.
