City Of Douglasville: Mayor Robinson Featured In Historic Sites & Trailblazers

Douglasville Mayor Rochelle Robinson is featured in an exhibit at the Douglas County Museum of History and Art celebrating Black History Month. 

Mayor Robinson is recognized in the exhibit for being the first Female, and first African American Mayor of the City of Douglasville.

Douglasville Police Chief Gary Sparks is featured in the exhibit, along with Douglas County Commission Chair Dr. Romona Jackson Jones and Sherriff Tim Pounds.

Five-time Olympic medal winner Elana Meyers Taylor and former Atlanta Braves standout Terry Harper, both Douglasville residents are featured as well.

The exhibit runs through March 31st.
