Cobb Police Arrest 2 In Shooting Death of Douglasville Man
The two suspects arrested in connection with the shooting of Joseph Owens, from Douglasville, are being held without bond in Cobb County jail.
Police arrested two men in connection with the shooting death of 20-year-old Joseph Owens of Douglasville, CBS Atlanta reports.
The Cobb County Sheriff's Office and U.S. Marshals Service helped identify the two suspects. Police arrested Brandon Jamal Hindsman and Rayshawn Ramell Rouse, both 18 and from Mableton, on Tuesday. Hindsman was arrested in Mableton and Rouse was arrested at an Ellenwood home. The two are charged with aggravated assault and felony murder.
Owens was shot and killed on Friday night near the West Chase apartment complex on Six Flags Drive.

He was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he later died.
Both Rouse and Hindsman are being held at the Cobb County jail without bond.

The AJC reports that Rouse was arrested three times in 2011. In May 2011, he allegedly beat a pregnant woman and then locked her out of her home. Six months later, he was charged with battery for allegedly kicking a man in the face.
