  • Balmoral Court from Balmoral Drive to the cul-de-sac, 0.06 miles and
  • Balmoral Drive from Reid Road to the dead end, 0.21 miles.

Delays to drivers are expected to occur between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Partial lane closures in both directions are expected.

The road paving schedule for July, weather permitting, is as follows:
  • July 1 - 5: Hammock Lake Drive (deep patching and paving) from Dorsett Shoals Road to cul-de-sac, 0.09 miles, paved by County.
  • July 8 - 16: Pritchards Mill Trail from Lake Monroe Road to cul-de-sac, 0.42 miles, paved by County; Mill Court from cul-de-sac to Prichard’s Mill Trail, 0.18 miles, paved by County; and Mill Trace from Prichard’s Mill Trail to Mill Court, 0.20 miles, paved by County.

Residents of these areas are advised that asphalt and tack can get on vehicles, shoes and other items and care is advised. Residents may want to park their cars at a nearby friend’s house while paving operations are ongoing to minimize effect.

The 2013 resurfacing program includes 11.65 miles of roads. Additional roads included in the 2013 Spring/Summer resurfacing program were contracted out.
