At around 10:00 p.m., police were called to the Gateway Village neighborhood about a suspect who was reportedly behaving in a way that made other residents "uncomfortable." Donations are welcome and appreciated, but the shelter's main focus of the clinic is to keep the community's cats safe and healthy. Owners will have to drop off their pets on June 26th between the hours of 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. and pick them up the next day by 5:00 p.m. If you are interested, this is a purr-fect opportunity to get your cats everything they need to be the healthiest they can be! - After a trial that lasted an entire week, South Carolina sex offender, Abraham Hardy, 39, will be facing life in prison for the crimes he committed against a girl in Douglas County. After years of abuse, he had finally been convicted of several crimes, including but not limited to child molestation and statutory rape. The victim reported that Hardy was a family friend of hers, and he used that familiarity and connection to her as a means of manipulation. Court records indicate Hardy's attempts at grooming and abuse go as far as seven years. (FOX 5 Atlanta)
