The Douglas County LINK Organization is inviting the community to attend the 4th annual provider resource fair, called LINK-Fest.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA – The Douglas County LINK Organization is inviting the community to attend the 4th annual provider resource fair, called LINK-Fest. Organizers of the event describe the large event held annually at Deer Lick Park’s Gymnasium as a fantastic opportunity for local providers and the community to network and learn about the resources available in Douglas County.
“Through Douglas LINK, child-serving agencies come together with families as partners to develop service plans to meet the individualized needs of youth with severe behavioral health needs,” said Jill Hopson, Programs Manager with the Douglas Co. Juvenile Programs Administration. “LINK started the LINKfest Resource Fair in 2014 for agencies and organizations to network and for families and youth to explore what is available to support them in Douglas County.”
The free event, open to the public, is scheduled for Oct. 9, from noon to 2 p.m. in the Deer Lick Park Gymnasium at 2105 Mack Road, Douglasville, Ga. 30135. Vendor applications are available for $20. Applicants can write checks and make them payable to Families in Transition. Applicants should mail checks to Juvenile Programs-Attention: Jill Hopson/LINK, 8700 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, GA. 30134.
