From City of DouglasvilleDouglasville's Labor Day celebration will kick off at 10 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 7th with a parade in downtown Douglasville presented by the Sweetwater Shrine Club.The parade moves down Church Street from East to West.After the parade, head over to Hunter Park for a barbecue hosted by the Masonic Lodge until 4 p.m.There will also be a fashion show and canon demonstration presented by the Douglas County Sheriff's Department.For more information on the parade, contact Joe Miller at 770-231-3546.
