  1. Douglasville residents celebrated Labor Day with the Sweetwater Shrine Club's Annual Labor Day Parade in Downtown Douglasville. Shriners from across the Peach State, along with other local leaders and organizations, rode in the parade along Church Street on Monday morning.   2. On Saturday, Sep. 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Douglasville Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) will host a Parks Reunion Tour at Hunter Park. The free workshop is a "one-stop shop" for planning a reunion event. (Press Release Desk )
