A Duluth Sam's Club employee took photos up a customer's skirt with his camera phone, police say.

DULUTH, GA — A Duluth Sam’s Club employee took a photo up a customer’s skirt with his camera phone, police say.
Niayre Lashawn Mitchell, 24, has been arrested and charged with felony invasion of privacy.
According to the police report, Mitchell approached a woman walking to her car Sept. 28. While she loaded the groceries and her young son in the car, Mitchell insisted on helping her. While putting her son in the car, she felt an object touch her leg and heard a sound effect associated with a camera taking a picture, she said to police.

The woman called police and identified Mitchell to the officer and the store’s manager. Mitchell said he helped the woman but did not take photos. The police report says an officer saw multiple nude photos of women on Mitchell’s phone. Mitchell told police that his phone “may have taken pictures on its own,” and he deletes them later because they are blurry, according to the report.
Mitchell was arrested and taken to the Gwinnett County Detention Center.
