Here's the schedule of events and hours of operation for Duluth residents planning to go to the fair:  Wednesday September 19 Open Breeding Ewe Show--5:00PM 7:30 PM--In Concert: "John Conlee" 7:00PM &amp; 9:00PM--Nojoes Clown Circus Ozseeker The Clown Exhibit Hall - 5:00 PM til 10:00 PM Carnival - 5:00 PM til 11:00 PM Ride all of the rides for $20plus the price of admission. Plus, bring an empty Coke product container and save $2.
