Lawrenceville Man Killed In Duluth Shooting Identified

A second Lawrenceville man is being charged on suspicion of murder and other charges in connection with the fatal shooting.

DULUTH, GA — The man who was fatally shot Wednesday in a Pleasant Hill Road parking lot has been identified as Darius Devon Dugger, 46, of Lawrenceville.

Gwinnett County Police said Neil Patrick Frasdilla, 26, of Lawrenceville, was charged on suspicion of felony murder, three counts of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Police said Wednesday officers detained a person of interest at Dunwoody Club Drive in unincorporated Atlanta.

Through various technologies, police said Friday officers were able to track Frasdilla and arrest him within 45 minutes of the initial 911 call. A motive in the shooting is unknown.
