Lyft Passenger In Duluth Accused Of Groping Driver
Police said the man was "partially nude and engaging in lewd acts" while in the 55-year-old woman's vehicle.
DULUTH, GA — A 25-year-old passenger was arrested this week after being accused of groping a Lyft driver at the intersection of Pleasant Hill and North Berkeley Lake roads, Duluth Police said Thursday.
Police accused Antonio Cartagena of inappropriately touching a 55-year-old Lyft driver while he was riding in her backseat. The woman then turned around to see Cartagena "partially nude and engaging in lewd acts," police said.
Cartagena left the vehicle and the scene before officers arrived, police said.

Police were able to identify Cartagena, and he was charged Tuesday on suspicion of sexual battery and public indecency. Police said he was booked into the Gwinnett County Jail.
"The Duluth Police Department strongly urges anyone who has experienced a similar incident involving Antonio Cartagena to contact Det. Javier Bahamundi at (678) 512-3708," police said in a news release.
