Man Carjacked, Kidnapped, Dropped On Highway, Suspects At Large

A carjacked and Kidnapped Sunday has been found safe after being dropped at the side of the highway, while police search for 3 suspects.

DULUTH, GA — Gwinnett Police have discovered a carjacked and kidnapped man safe but still need the public's help in identifying and locating three men involved in a carjacking Sunday.

Shortly before 1 a.m., the victim, Neil Frasdilla, 21, was confronted in the parking lot of Luxor, at 2472 Pleasant Hill Rd, by three men with handguns. One of the men was described as wearing a black, red, and white striped shirt. They arrived in a dark colored four door passenger car, police reported.

When detectives visited the home of the victim this morning, they found him safe and unharmed. Frasdilla told the investigators that after he was kidnapped on Sunday morning, the suspects took all of his belongings. After several hours, they dropped him off somewhere along SR316. As the Frasdilla started walking, he found his vehicle parked a short distance away.

As part of this criminal investigation, the vehicle will be processed for evidence.

According to police, one of the men was wearing a mask and two of the suspects had guns.

The lead detective assigned to this case is still sorting through the video evidence. At this time, no surveillance videos or photos have been released.

The victim and his family are asking for privacy at this time.
