Man Knocks On Window With Handgun, Robs Woman

Gwinnett Police detectives need the public's help in identifying an armed robber and his accomplice.

DULUTH, GA - Gwinnett Police detectives need the public’s help in identifying an armed robber and his accomplice.

On Nov. 8, the victim was sitting in her vehicle outside of an apartment complex located on Breckenridge Boulevard in unincorporated Duluth. An unknown man approached her vehicle, knocked on the window with a handgun, and demanded her belongings. The man spoke Spanish during the encounter. The man took the victim’s purse and fled in a white Toyota Camry that was driven by a woman.

The suspects then went to two nearby gas stations and fraudulently used the victim’s cards.

The man is described as in his late 20’s to early 30’s with dark hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing dark clothing and has distinctive facial hair.

The woman is only described as being a heavy-set female. She remained in the vehicle during the crimes.
