Suspect Sought In Duluth Double Homicide: Police
Gwinnett Police have identified a suspect in a double homicide altercation that took place outside a Duluth bar Saturday.

DULUTH, GA – The Gwinnett County Police Department deputies have identified a suspect in a double homicide altercation that took place outside the Prime Bar and Grill, in Duluth, Saturday morning.
Samuel Songsy, 23, has been identified as the suspect from the murder at Prime Bar and Grill, according to police. A warrant has been obtained for aggravated assault and Songsy is wanted for questioning in relation to the incident.
The victims were the bar co-owner, James Kim, 47, and Malik Jett, 26. At this time, detectives believe Kim was uninvolved in the altercation at the bar and was caught in the crossfire. Police said it is unclear at this time to what extent Jett was involved in the altercation. Detectives are still actively working on leads and welcome tips through Crime Stoppers.

At 2:30 a.m., police responded to a report of shots fired at 1960 Day Drive, at Prime Bar and Grill, in unincorporated Duluth. They discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds. Both individuals were later pronounced deceased at the hospital.
