Take Time to Vote Tuesday

It's important to vote to have a say-so in how government is run. Polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 31.

“V-Day” has finally arrived. Today (July 31) is the day to vote in the Primary for your favorite candidate in national, state and local races, cast a “yes” or “no” vote for TSPLOST, and answer some non-binding questions posed by the Democratic and Republican parties on current issues.

Some candidates will emerge winners after the Primary votes are tallied. Others will face runoffs. And still others won’t know if they will assume office until after the Nov. 6 General Election and runoffs.
