Teen Charged In Duluth Fatal Shooting Of 2nd Teen
The shooting, which happened in the 4500 block of Satellite Boulevard in a parking lot, is being ruled accidental.

DULUTH, GA — A 16-year-old is in custody in connection with a Satellite Boulevard accidental shooting that killed a 17-year-old Snellville boy, Gwinnett County Police said Friday.
Police said the teenager, who was not identified, is being held at a juvenile detention facility on unknown charges.
Officers first responded around 2 a.m. Saturday to Northside Hospital Duluth to a report of a shooting victim.

Police said they then discovered the shooting happened in the 4500 block of Satellite Boulevard in a parking lot. As of Friday, the shooting was being probed as accidental, police said.
The 17-year-old who was shot, identified by police as Elbert "Josh" Brown, died of his injuries, police said.
