Tide Dry Cleaners Now Open

The Tide Dry Cleaners that just opened for business at 2774 Buford Hwy. in Duluth is the first in Georgia. It is having a grand opening Aug. 11 and offering a one-time 50 percent discount per customer on dry cleaning and laundry services through the end of August, according to Manager Terrie Richards.

The Duluth location will soon be joined by two more Tide Dry Cleaners that are currently under construction on Holcomb Bridge Road in Roswell and Old Alabama Road in Roswell, Richards said.

Tide Dry Cleaners uses GreenEarth® cleaning products and has a secure 24-hour drop box and complimentary 24-hour access lockers for pick-up to accommodate customers who can't come to the cleaners during regular business hours.

There are also two drive-thru valet service lanes.

Every garment is treated with Tide FreshScent™ and Tide SpotLift.™ Other special services include free minor repairs, leather cleaning/conditioning, wedding dress cleaning/preservation, alterations, and Tide ColorGuard,™ Tide Restore,™ and Back-to-Black.™ In-store products are available for purchase.

The Duluth location had a “soft opening” July 18. Tide detergent samples are being given out to new customers. A rewards program is offered for returning customers.

The 50 percent discount does not apply to household items.

Hours are 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday.

Same day service is available upon request for clothes requiring regular cleaning. Most items can be ready by 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday if dropped off by 9 a.m.
