Video: Man Drives 118 Mph In 45 Mph Zone, Arrested: Police
A man was arrested and charged with speeding and reckless driving after, police say, he was traveling at 118 mph in a 45 mph zone.
DULUTH, GA — A man was recently arrested and charged with speeding and reckless driving after, police say, he was traveling at 118 mph in a 45 mph zone on Peachtree Industrial Blvd.
Kenny Hemraj, 23, was driving a 2007 BMW 335I when he was pulled over for speeding.
When the Duluth Police Officer asked Hemraj why he was speeding, Hemraj said he had just had a part replaced and was testing the vehicle out to ensure that it was running properly.
