$35M Atlanta White House Hits The Market

EAST ATLANTA, GA — Imagine living like the president. Well, the White House is up for sale, but not the one in Washington, D.C.

Georgia's White House, located at 3687 Briarcliff Road in East Atlanta, is on the market for $35 million and has been dubbed the Atlanta White House.

The six-bedroom, 11-bathroom single-family home privately sits on 2.67 acres in DeKalb County and features a seven-bedroom guest house reminiscent of the national White House's West Wing, according to its Zillow listing.

The full property totals more than 20,000 square feet on its interior, with the three-story primary house spanning 16,500 square feet.

The "presidential masterpiece" pays homage to the original White House, a vision by its builder who sent artisans to Washington, D.C., to analyze the national treasure. It evens comes with its own presidential seal in the Oval Office.
